Terms of Use
Basic terms for authorized facility use of the NurseTrace platform.
Clear public information for facilities reviewing NurseTrace access, privacy, security, and use boundaries.
Authorized use
- Use NurseTrace only for authorized facility workflows and patient follow-up operations.
- Do not share accounts, passwords, or access codes.
- Do not attempt to access another facility's data or any data outside your assigned role.
- Enter accurate information and correct errors through approved facility workflows.
- Do not upload, enter, or submit unnecessary or unrelated patient-sensitive information.
Feature availability
Some document-related features may be available only when enabled by NurseTrace or the facility. If enabled, document use is subject to facility policies, privacy requirements, and applicable law. Do not attempt to bypass feature controls or use unrelated channels to submit patient files.
SMS reminders depend on patient consent, wallet balance, subscription status, facility settings, provider availability, and operational safeguards. Reminder readiness does not guarantee delivery in every circumstance.
Facility responsibility
NurseTrace supports follow-up coordination, but it is not a replacement for clinical judgment, emergency care, or a full electronic medical record. Facilities remain responsible for clinical decisions, patient communication, lawful processing, and local operating procedures.
Access changes and suspension
The NurseTrace team may suspend or restrict access for misuse, security risk, unpaid subscription, facility governance issues, implementation management reasons, or suspected unauthorized activity.
Service changes and limitation
NurseTrace may change as workflows, policies, and platform safeguards are refined. The platform is provided to support facility operations, and the NurseTrace team will work in good faith to keep the service reliable and safe.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and facility agreements, NurseTrace is not liable for indirect losses or decisions made outside the platform. Facilities should maintain appropriate clinical, operational, and backup procedures.
Policy updates
These terms may be updated as the platform moves through deployment, wider deployment, and formal company registration.
